When you look into the eyes of a child, you see hope and possibility even despite the socio-economic obstacles that sometimes stand in the way. While the path to success is often uncertain for students from low-income families it shouldn’t interfere with the dreams and plans they have for their futures. You’ll often hear children say, “I want to be an astronaut” and “I want to be a veterinarian.” The reality is these dreams aren’t always possible and not because of the academic ability of a student.
LIFE IS DANGEROUS. LIVE IT ANYWAY. is a proud contributor to ACE Scholarships, a nonprofit organization that raises money from donors and awards financial scholarships to students from low-income families so they can attend the school of their choice.
